Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or for high-volume items. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days once shipped. These estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Some items—especially small accessories or economy-shipped products—may not include tracking.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Incorrect Address Submission

Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
Deals.io is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:
– carrier delays
– packages marked “delivered” but not received
– weather-related delays
– customs or transit issues
For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered for select items, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes.

Preorders / Backorders

Estimated ship dates for preorder or backordered items are provided on the product page when possible. These dates may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays.

Order Changes or Cancellation

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, as it may already be processing or shipped.
